Follow these steps to learn more:

  1. Attend a First Step Session. Find out what you can study abroad and where, and ask questions about the application process, financial aid and scholarships, etc. First Steps Sessions are held on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4-5PM and Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3-4PM in 207 Bradley Hall.
  2. Explore programs available. Search online or visit the Education Abroad Resource Center in 315 Bradley Hall.
  3. Talk to an Education Abroad advisor. Each UK Education Abroad advisor has expertise in specific majors and geographic regions. Check the website to make an appointment with the advisor who is an expert on the programs in which you are interested.

The Department of Dietetics and Human Nutrition encourages our students to participate in Education Abroad opportunites. There are some Education Abroad opportunities especially appropriate for our majors.
